Running across the North of England and with almost 2/3rds of the route passing through 3 different National Parks the Coast to Coast walk has been voted the worlds second best walk by a panel of experts in 2004 and attracts thousands of walkers to the route every year.

This website, which was launched early in 2009, has been developed to hopefully make the planning of your Coast to Coast trip a whole lot easier and less stressful to plan. Designed to act as 'resource centre' for the route pulling together all many varied and separate links on the web under one roof to make searching for information a whole lot easier.



Julia Bradbury, of Wainwrights Walks fame, has recently presented the Coast to Coast walk series for BBC television - see link opposite for details on how to purchase the excellent DVD from Striding Edge.
